The service

Glimpse classifies your incoming email and texts you about urgent messages with a drafted reply. Replying YES saves the reply as a draft in your mailbox. Glimpse never sends email on your behalf. You always review and press Send yourself.

Your responsibilities

• Provide a phone number you own and keep it up to date.
• Review every draft before sending. You are responsible for what you send.
• Do not use the service for unlawful messages or to message anyone but yourself.

Text messaging terms

By providing your number and confirming with YES, you consent to receive automated texts about your inbox, including urgent alerts, login codes, and confirmations. Message frequency varies with your inbox. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time; reply START to resume. For help, reply HELP.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at $25 per month after a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the billing period. Usage is subject to fair-use caps published on your plan; if you hit a cap, processing pauses instead of overcharging you.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee every urgent email will be caught or texted. Classification is automated and can be wrong in either direction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glimpse is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
