What Glimpse is

Glimpse watches your Gmail or Outlook for urgent messages and texts you about them, with a reply already drafted. You approve drafts by replying YES to a text. The app creates drafts only. It never sends email.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address, and phone number, so we can run the service and text you.
• Email metadata: sender, subject, date, and our classification (urgent, action, FYI, noise). Never the body.
• Your choices: YES/NO replies, VIP senders, quiet hours, and settings you change.
• Billing: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

What we never do with your email

• Email bodies are processed in memory and discarded. They are never stored, never logged, and never leave the classification step.
• No humans read your mail. Classification and drafting are automated. Our team cannot see message content.
• Minimum access. We request only Gmail read and compose scopes (or Outlook Mail.Read and Mail.ReadWrite). We do not delete, archive, move, or mark anything as read, ever.
• No ads, no sale. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Text messages

We text you urgent alerts, login codes, and confirmations at the number you provide. Message frequency varies with your inbox activity (typically a few alerts per day for heavy inboxes). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out immediately; reply START to resubscribe. Mobile numbers collected for SMS alerts are used only to deliver this service. We never share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We log message delivery status (sent, delivered, failed) for reliability, not message content beyond what is needed to operate the service.

How we protect data

• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and refreshed automatically.
• Dashboard sessions are signed and expire.
• Access to production data is limited to what is needed to keep the service running.

Your rights

You can pause the service, change your number, or delete your account from your dashboard at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data and revokes our email access. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.
